We may collect standard internet log information from your computer (including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type) and details of your Website visit behaviour patterns. The English language version of this privacy policy shall be the defining version. Translations into any other languages shall be for convenience only and shall not be used to contradict or interpret the English language version. Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. You agree that in no event shall the School be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use, misuse, (or inability to use) or performance of this web site or services provided or offered by any means, even if the School has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that in no event, shall any liability to the School as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving you and the School, exceed the clients tuition and processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise. YOU agree that you have checked diligently with local legislation in the Jurisdiction of residence and the intended Jurisdiction of use of the award that the possession and use of the private internationally accredited degree/diploma conforms with local legislation. MISCELLANEOUS
You agree that if any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable. The Terms of service and the relationship between you and Uptown School shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Uptown School agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Uptown School shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
INFORMATION OF CONSULTANTS AND AFFILIATES
Information shared by MUST's affiliate universities and institutes, faculty members, partner employers and consultants can be used by Uptown School to be featured on Uptown School (and its affiliated/associated brands') website and print collateral in good spirit. However, in case the affiliation no longer exists or on special request, featured information will be removed from the website within 15 days and from print collaterals when the next printing batch of publications is scheduled.
NOTIFICATION OF THE CHANGES IN CONDITIONS OF USE
We reserve the right to alter or delete material from the Sites at any time and may in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, modify the terms of this Conditions of Use agreement at any time. In case of changing our conditions of use, we will post those changes to this conditions of use statement by updating this posting, any such modifications will only apply after we have posted the revised Conditions of use on this Site. Users are bound by any such revision and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms of this Agreement. Note: Use of the stolen credit cards is strictly prohibited and is considered to be a serious crime.
