• Personal information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.uptownschool.ae (the Website). This includes admission form provided at the time of registering to use the Website, subscribing to our Newsletter of other information services, responding to JBS surveys and providing feedback to UTS via the Website and when you report a problem with the Site.
• If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
• Details of your visits to the Website including, but not limited to, traffic information, location information, weblogs and other communication information and the resources that you access.

We use personal information held about you to: (a) provide you with information that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes and (b) to notify you about changes to our products and services.

We may collect standard internet log information from your computer (including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type) and details of your Website visit behaviour patterns. We do this by using a cookie file which records those areas of the Website that have been visited by your computer, for how long and what activity was undertaken on the Website. We do this so that we can improve the Website and deliver a better and more personalised surfing experience.

The English language version of this privacy policy shall be the defining version. Translations into any other languages shall be for convenience only and shall not be used to contradict or interpret the English language version. Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the School, their affiliated entities, independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and their respective directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Sites, the Services and any User Content you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through the Sites, the Services or your use of the Interactive Areas, including without limitation, any actual or threatened suit, demand or claim made against the School and/or their affiliated entities, independent contractors, licensors, service providers, employees, directors or consultants, arising out of or relating to the User Content, your conduct, your violation of these Conditions of Use, or the Privacy Policy, as each may be amended from time to time, or your violation of any law(s), regulation(s), or the right(s) of any third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that in no event shall the School be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and exemplary damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising from the use, misuse, (or inability to use) or performance of this web site or services provided or offered by any means, even if the School has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

You agree that in no event, shall any liability to the School as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving you and the School, exceed the clients tuition and processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise. 
YOU agree that you have checked diligently with local legislation in the Jurisdiction of residence and the intended Jurisdiction of use of the award that the possession and use of the private internationally accredited degree/diploma conforms with local legislation. 

You agree that you are fully responsible for ascertaining whether or not course and/or degree programs at School, will meet any and all licensing, certification, and/or job requirements. That you are solely responsible for ascertaining whether or not course and/or degree programs offered at the School are acceptable where you intend to use it. The degrees obtained from Uptown School are in accordance with the Accreditation Institutes with which it is affiliated. These standards do not necessarily coincide with requirements of any other Accreditation authorities (including, for example, those in the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America, or otherwise). 

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the School shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms of service.

MISCELLANEOUS

You agree that if any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable. 

The Terms of service and the relationship between you and Uptown School shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Uptown School agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Uptown School shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

INFORMATION OF CONSULTANTS AND AFFILIATES

Information shared by MUST's affiliate universities and institutes, faculty members, partner employers and consultants can be used by Uptown School to be featured on Uptown School (and its affiliated/associated brands') website and print collateral in good spirit. However, in case the affiliation no longer exists or on special request, featured information will be removed from the website within 15 days and from print collaterals when the next printing batch of publications is scheduled.

NOTIFICATION OF THE CHANGES IN CONDITIONS OF USE

We reserve the right to alter or delete material from the Sites at any time and may in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, modify the terms of this Conditions of Use agreement at any time. In case of changing our conditions of use, we will post those changes to this conditions of use statement by updating this posting, any such modifications will only apply after we have posted the revised Conditions of use on this Site. Users are bound by any such revision and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms of this Agreement. 

Note: Use of the stolen credit cards is strictly prohibited and is considered to be a serious crime. We work in close collaboration to fight cyber crime and make sure that all fraudulent orders are reported to the Federal and State Agencies.
